ISIM Web Services -Single SIgn on
Hi All, We have implemented ISIM Web Services (ISIM version 6.0). As of now we are making the web services calls, by using an ISIM service account (having sys admin role in ISIM) for creating the session and making various web service calls. We now plan to use Single Sign on via ISAM (TAM). We have configured the single sign on for ISIM, but want to know what are the steps we need to perform in order to be able to invoke the ISIM web services over single sign on. The previous version of Solution and Deployment Guide -"Web Services Wrapper for ITIM API Document version 1.32" mentions properties changes in webservice.properties, but the same does not seem to be applicable in newer version of ISIM. (I did not find any webservice.properties file ) Please let us know if we have a solution/deployment guide for single sign on to ISIM Web Services or else provide more insight on the steps needed to be performed. Quick highlights: 1) Do we have to do any properties file changes for web services? 2) How should the login method of WSSessionSrvice be implemented in a SSO environment? 3) Any other properties/configuration changes needed for the same? Appreciate you help on this! -Sangeetha
