BPM 8.0.1 - Exporting Performance/Tracking Data

Hello all,
I've joined a project in which the customer wants to have the possibility to export all the process performance data and it's tracking groups data, (mainly the tracking groups data). I've noticed that I can export to CSV some performance data from Portal via the Dashboard Menu(My Performance, My Team Performance and Process Performance), but I couldn't manage to export the metrics create via Tracking Groups neither the Reports/Scoreboards I've made. Do you guys know if there's any native way to export these data to any format?
Thanks a lot in advance for the attention.
Best Regards,
Enrico Bergamo.
Hi Enrico,
My understanding is that tracking group data is stored in tables contained within the Performance Data Warehouse (PDW). These tables and their schemas are deliberately exposed by the BPM product for you to write your own SQL to interrogate the content. As such, you should be able to use appropriate DB extraction tools to extract the data contained within.
Neil
Hi Neil,
Thanks for the answer! I thought about using these tools as well but, I still wanted to know if it's possible to extract them without using any tools. Only as a matter of knowledge.
Enrico.

The CSV generator is just a piece that was written for some of the OOTB reports. They aren't using a specific widget to make that happen (although I think some of the reporting tools used to make geting the CSV easier. I haven't looked to see if JViews does so...).
So I guess the broader question is the context within which they want to access this data. There may be some tools or toolkits to make this easier, but without understanding what they really want to do with the data is it hard to guide you to those.

The main scenario would be being able to access and export all data from tracking groups. I'm taking a look at this article and I believe this can do the trick. I've already installed and configure WBM 8.0.1 and I can already access some performance data regarding each instance. Now all I need to do is manage to show my tracking groups properly (Using the Instances widget to display my list and then export it), which are handled by WBM as a child monitoring context.
Despite of that, if you have any other ideas or know any toolkit that can handle this in a better and cleaner and better way, I'd love to hear about them.
Enrico.
